New GE approval for M601 and H80 Series engines
We’ve enjoyed working with GE and H-Series engine operators as an Asia-Pacific Designated Repair Center (DRC) since 2012. Following an agreement signed with GE late last year, we now hold the same approval for the United States, Canada, Central America and Latin America.
The new DRC License Agreement was signed at the National Agricultural Aviation Association (NAAA) Expo in Orlando, Florida. Speaking at the event, GE’s president and CEO of Czech Republic, Milan Slapak, acknowledged our contribution to their customers’ success in Asia-Pacific.
“TAE is a valuable member of our turboprop service network and has contributed to our customers’ growth and success in the Asia Pacific region.”
“Expanding TAE’s expertise in the U.S. and Canada benefits the entire industry. Working closer with TAE and continuing to nurture our Ag service network demonstrates our commitment to improving the quality and reach of H‐Series products and services.”
On signing the agreement at the NAAA, our Chief Strategy Officer, Darren Hutchinson, thanked GE for the vote of confidence and welcomed the opportunity to extend our support.
“TAE Aerospace has worked closely with GE and its H80 engine in the Asia-Pacific region for eight years.”
“With today’s announcement, we now welcome the opportunity to expand this relationship into the Americas. We thank GE for their vote of confidence and look forward to working closely with them to support American agricultural aviation operators.”
Our expert team is now ready to offer line, intermediate and heavy repair options to M601 and H80 Series engine operators in most regions of the world.
